Contruction & Renovation
Construction is the building of something new; renovation is the process of fixing a broken or damaged or outdated structure, making it new again. There are three phases in the process of both Construction or Renovation: Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction.
Pre-Construction
When we receive a request from you, we will determine an estimate for your project. The decisions made during this phase are integral to the entire project as they are the starting point and the guiding framework for everything that follows. We will take the time to discuss your ideas. A design plan with an accompanying estimate will be delivered to you for approval. When we get the go ahead, we will apply for the building permit. With the permit in hand, a start date will be determined with our trades and suppliers.
Construction
If your project is a renovation, thorough protection measures of the remaining structures (walls, floor, etc.) will be put in place. Plumbing and/or electrical affected by the renovation will be disconnected. For all projects, inspections are ongoing throughout the duration of construction. We will closely oversee safety and quality control.
Post-Construction
This phase takes care of all the finishing touches of your project. This includes the meticulous cleanup of your space.
The final walk through happens in this phase. Your signoff will be our final quality check. Should there be any deficiencies discovered, they will be quickly remedied by our professionals within a strict time frame.
